Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE TO PRINT?

For best results choose a heavyweight Matte Photo Paper or bright white Cardstock.

WILL MY PRINTED PAGES BE THE SAME COLOR THAT I CAN SEE ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN?

Generally you will see variations in the color of your printed files from what you can see on your computer screen.
This is because not only do the colors vary from monitor to monitor, but will also vary depending on the type of paper you choose, your printer and your printer settings.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?

Sorry, we don't offer printing services.

CAN I PRINT AT A PHOTO LAB OR AT WALMART?

The templates are not JPGs and cannot be printed at a photo lab as a photo. You have to convert the PDF file first.
Free service at http://smallpdf.com or http://pdf2jpg.net

I WANT TO SEND MY INVITATION OUT BY EMAIL, CAN I DO THIS?

Yes, you can use the PrintScreen function on your computer to create an image of your personalized invitation that will be the perfect size for emailing because you cannot email out the editable PDF file. You can also use the free service http://smallpdf.com or http://pdf2jpg.net to convert your PDF.

MY LOCAL PRINTER OR COPY SHOP CANNOT PRINT MY TEMPLATE THEY SAY THEY NEED A PASSWORD

The editable text PDF files are password protected. Call ahead first to make sure your local printer or copy shop handles password protected PDF files (without requiring a password). They have to use the latest version of Adobe Reader to handle the files or convert your file from PDF to JPG on the free website http://smallpdf.com or http://pdf2jpg.net.

I CANNOT UPLOAD MY TEMPLATE USING MY COPY SHOP'S ONLINE UPLOADER

Online uploaders do not work with editable files (regardless of the security settings on the file). Fonts will revert back to standard fonts using these uploaders. We recommend emailing or physically taking your files directly into your local copy shop to keep the fonts the same or convert your file from PDF to JPG on the free website http://smallpdf.com or http://pdf2jpg.net.
